We surround ourselves with stressful situations every single day and many of us thrive on them. There are two kinds of stress in this life and one of them is positive and the other is negative. You always want to avoid the latter and so it can be difficult trying to put yourself in more relaxing situations when you’re trying to hold down a full-time job and also take care of a family.   • The best night’s sleep ever – The majority of people report that on coming back from the beach where they have been all day, they always tend to get a great night’s sleep and they wake up the following morning feeling refreshed and full of energy.   • Many different activities – With regard to your physical well-being, there are so many things to be getting up to when you go to the beach like going scuba diving, going for a run on the beach, doing some fishing from the shore and many other things.
